Privacy Policy

• Inquiry details. When you request a piece we receive your name, email address, the piece, size or variant, quantity, and any notes you add.
• Product reviews. When you leave a review we receive the name you provide, your rating, an optional headline, and your written review.
• Checkout details. If you proceed to checkout through our payment partner, that partner collects the billing and delivery information needed to fulfil and pay for your order. See section 04.
• Automatic data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) may be kept briefly for security and stability.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16, and the site is not intended for children.

• To answer your inquiry and arrange a piece.
• To display your review on the relevant product page.
• To fulfil and ship confirmed orders.
• To keep our records and, where required, for tax and accounting.
• To protect the site from misuse.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Some features store information locally on your own device using your browser’s storage: your wishlist, your shopping cart contents, and your follow state. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser storage or using the “Clear wishlist” option on the wishlist page.

Payment is processed by our external payment partner. When you check out, your payment card details are entered directly with that partner and never pass through, or are stored on, our systems. The partner shares with us only the order details we need to fulfil your order (such as what you bought, the delivery address, and an order reference). Your use of the partner is also governed by their own terms and privacy policy.

Inquiry and review data is stored on our secure, hosted database. The studio is in Spain, and we process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Service providers that help us run the site (for example our hosting and database provider) process data on our behalf under contract and only to provide that service.

We keep inquiry and order records for as long as needed to answer requests, fulfil orders, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Reviews are kept for as long as the review is shown on the site. Server logs are kept only briefly. When data is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• See the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it is wrong.
• Ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention duties.
• Withdraw consent to a review being shown.
• Object to, or restrict, certain processing.
• Lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

We take reasonable steps to protect your data: access to inquiry and review data is restricted, the database is access-controlled, and the site is served over an encrypted connection. No method of storage or transmission is fully secure, but we aim to protect your data to a standard appropriate for a small studio.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The “last updated” date above will change. We will not use your existing data for a new purpose without telling you.
