Terms of Service

Zen Style Studio is an independent artisan studio based in Sóller, Mallorca, Spain, making handmade jewelry and naturally-dyed yoga wear. This website is a brand showcase. It lets you view our collections, save pieces to a wishlist, and send us a request for a piece. It is not a self-service store: nothing on the site is a binding offer to sell, and no contract is formed until we reply to your request and you confirm.

Submitting a request through a product page or the “Request this piece” form sends your selected piece, size or variant, quantity, name, email, and any notes to our studio inbox. It is an enquiry, not a purchase. We will reply by email to confirm availability, price, and lead time. A binding order only exists once we confirm and you accept. We may decline a request at our discretion, for example if a piece is no longer available or a size cannot be made.

Every piece is made by hand. Metals, stones, and naturally-dyed fabrics vary from piece to piece in tone, texture, and finish. We do our best to represent each piece accurately in imagery and descriptions, but what you receive may differ slightly from the photograph. Dimensions and weights are approximate. Naturally-dyed fabrics may shift in colour over time and with washing — this is a property of the material, not a defect.

All designs, product names, imagery, text, and the Zen Style Studio name and seal on this site are original works of the studio. They are protected by copyright and, where applicable, as unregistered designs.

You may not, without our written permission: copy, reproduce, download, redistribute, or re-publish our designs, photography, or text; use our imagery to create or sell similar pieces; or train automated systems (including image, text, or “AI” models) on our designs or photographs.

You may share links to our pages and save images for your own personal, non-commercial reference. The brand name and seal are intended to be registered as trademarks of the studio.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to: attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems; submit false or misleading inquiry information; use a false email address or impersonate another person; or interfere with the site’s operation. Reviews you submit must be your honest opinion about a piece. We may remove reviews that are abusive, false, or promotional.

When you submit a product review, you grant Zen Style Studio a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your review, the name you provide, and your rating on the site. You confirm the review is your own and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may edit or remove reviews at our discretion.

Prices, where shown, are in the currency indicated and may change. Handmade pieces are made in limited numbers and may sell out or be discontinued without notice. We are not liable for an inability to fulfil a request for an unavailable piece; we will tell you and, if you have paid, refund you.

The site is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Zen Style Studio is not liable for indirect or accidental damages arising from use of the site, or from a request that we cannot fulfil. Our liability for any single request is limited to the amount you have paid us for that piece. We are not responsible for content on websites we link to.

We may update these terms as the studio grows. The “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Palma de Mallorca unless we agree otherwise in writing.
